Metakey and Wire Network, a 3rd-generation Layer-1 blockchain, have partnered to launch Metakademy, a web3 educational platform. Metakademy will utilize Wire Network’s blockchain and protocol stack, including the Universal Polymorphic Address Protocol (UPAP), which ensures bridgeless interoperability across all chains. This eliminates the bridge attack vector that hackers often exploit and enhances asset functionality regardless of the blockchain of origin.

Metakademy will offer a wide range of web3 courses on topics such as blockchain, smart contracts, gaming, and trading, accessible to both Metakey asset holders and the public. Students and teachers can earn rewards that are interoperable with various platforms and services developed by Metakey. This will include their upcoming MMO-ARPG game, Ganymede. Students can earn points and redeem them for rewards, including NFTs, as they complete lessons. Additionally, experts can apply for MetaGuides, enabling them to earn from the courses they create.

Wire Network’s advanced tech stack simplifies the user registration process, wallet creation, NFT creation, blockchain transactions, interoperability, and network consensus. Metakademy utilizes these features to pioneer the next generation of web3 applications, giving it a competitive advantage over products built on other chains.

Metakademy is powered by a Tier 2 Wire Network Node, which assigns regenerative network resources to their whitelisted smart contract. This allows all Metakey users to enjoy feeless transactions in a decentralized environment, unlike traditional blockchains. It also enhances user experience by eliminating the need for signing, approving, and incurring costs for blockchain transactions.

In addition to the educational platform, Metakey is developing additional Metaverse spaces to combine the convenience of remote learning with the immersive, interactive, and social elements of conventional institutions.
